If you bought altoda as an individual in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.
What happens next
Because you asked us to start the service straight away, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the moment you withdrew. We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method, at no extra cost.
Buying for your business?
The right of withdrawal is for consumers. Business customers can cancel anytime from the account panel; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Customers in Turkey
For contracts where you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal does not apply. See the distance contract.
